S.F. EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD and S.F. EXPRESS (NZ) LIMITED were established in August 2016 and December 2018 respectively. After the business integration in 2019, S.F. EXPRESS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD and S.F. EXPRESS (NZ) LIMITED merged into SF International Australia & New Zealand Business Area which is managed by the headquarter in Sydney, Australia uniformly. The company’s products and services include Standard Express, Economy Express, E-Parcel, Overseas Warehouse, transhipment and local logistics services. SF International Australia & New Zealand can launch customized solutions for fresh cold chain and supply chain according to customer needs.
At present, we have discovered that there are illegal use of the SF brand, false publicity, and excessive publicity in the Australia and New Zealand markets. Hereby, SF International Australia & New Zealand makes the following solemn statement:
- The Service Points and Authorized Resellers’ Service Points of SF International Australia & New Zealand are all publicized on the official website. They all hold trademark authorization documents issued by the SF brand owner. Any third party, such as individuals, companies, institutions, groups, etc., who have not been officially announced by us or have no authorization documents are not related to SF International Australia & New Zealand.
- In addition to the officially publicized service points and authorized resellers’ service points, any third party (including suppliers) are not allowed to use the brand, trademark or trade name of SF International. Any form of publicity, promotion, advertising or marketing activities are not allowed as well.
- Customers are requested to carefully distinguish the authenticity when using our products and services, and be careful not to be deceived. If you find any infringement, please report to us. For any infringing party, SF International Australia & New Zealand will reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities of relevant personnel.
