Reward Point Scheme for Credit Account Customer

Dear monthly settlement customers,

To better repay you for your support, SF has launched a new reward program from January 1, 2014. The details of the program are as follows:

I. Reward Program Rules

1. 1. Target customers: 

Monthly settlement customers of Mainland China who send shipments or make payment with SF in the following situations:

1.1 For shipments sent within Mainland China: both the shipper and the shipment fee payer can win relevant reward points.

1.2 For shipments sent from Mainland China to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or overseas countries/regions: both the shipper and the shipment fee payer from Mainland China can win relevant reward points.

1.3 For shipments sent from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or overseas countries/regions to Mainland China: the shipment fee payer from the Mainland can win relevant reward points.

2. Promotion period

January 1st ,2016 – December 31st , 2016

3. Reward point expiry date

The expiry date of the reward points in 2016 is March 31, 2017. The reward points will be cleared after the expiry date.

(The expiration date of the reward points of 2015 has been extended to Jug 15,2016.)

4. Reward point calculation rules

1 point for each RMB 1 consumption (Total consumption includes the freight charges and value-added service fees.)

5. Reward point standard

Both the shipper and the shipment fee payer can win reward points.

Example 1: If you send a shipment with SF (shipment fee: RMB 30) and pay the shipment fee, you will win 30 reward points for the shipment. 
Example 2: If you send a shipment with SF (shipment fee: RMB 30) and the consignee who pays the shipment fee is a monthly settlement customer in Mainland China, you and the consignee will win 15 reward points respectively.

II. Reward Point Query and Exchange

1. Gift exchange standard

Equal to or larger than 1,000 reward points

2. Reward point value

1‰ (RMB 1 for each 1,000 reward points)

3. Reward point query and exchange time

The reward points of the current month can be queried and exchanged after the 6th day of the next month.

4. Reward point query and exchange methods

Reward points can be queried and exchanged through the reward program website or through the SF official website.

5. Reward point query and exchange process

  1. Reward program website: Log on to www.sf-jf.com, enter your username and password, and then you can query and exchange your reward points.
  2. SF official website: Log on to www.sf-express.com. Click "Customer Area" → "Bonus Point Scheme" → “Redemption”, and enter your username and password. Then you can start to query and exchange your reward points.

6. Gift delivery time

Normally, the gifts you have exchanged with your reward points will be delivered to the address that you have registered in the SF system within 20 working days.

7. Appoint a person in charge of reward point exchange

To effectively protect your company's rights and interests, please appoint a person to exchange for gifts before exchanging for gifts for the first time according to the following procedure:

  1. SF reward program website: Click "Download of Confirmation Letter" → Download Confirmation Letter for Assigning A Person to Exchange for S.F. Reward Point Gifts → Fill in and stamp the confirmation letter (contact number and E-mail address are required) → Hand it over to our couriers (or fax it back to SF).
  2. SF official website: Log on to SF official website → Click "Customer Area" → "Bonus Point Scheme" → "Download of Confirmation Letter"→ Download Confirmation Letter for Assigning A Person to Exchange for S.F. Reward Point Gifts → Fill in and stamp the confirmation letter (contact number and E-mail address are required) → Hand it over to our couriers (or fax it back to SF).
