Located in the core area of the Wisdom Valley of Gongshu District, Hangzhou, the SF Innovation Center covers a total floor area of about 360,000 square meters, including a floor area of about 180,000 square meters in phase 1.It aims to be built into an Industrial Transformation and Upgrade Demonstration Base integrating a Scientific and Technical Achievement Transformation Center, an Innovation Incubation Center, a Cross-border O2O Exhibition and Experience Center, a Supply Chain Finance Center, an E-commerce Headquarters Base and an Enterprise Innovation Service Platform.
In phase 1 of the project, six office buildingsare planned to be built with a floor area of about 140,000 square meters, including the International Innovation Center, Hangzhou SF Headquarters, Artificial Intelligence Building, Logistics R&D Center, E-commerce Headquarters Building and International Maker Center. Commercial life facilities with an area of about 40,000 square meters will provide enterprises in the valley with sports & leisure, cross-border e-commerce exhibition & sales, technology display, catering, financial and supporting services.

3. Project Planning
Office buildings and commercial life facilities are planned for phase 1 of the project. There will be six office buildings with a total area of 140,000 square meters, including two Grade-A office buildings and four Grade-A-to-be office buildings. Each building is planned to have 14-17 floors with a floor height of 4-5.1 meters, and the standard floor area is about 1250-1700㎡. The total floor area of the commercial life facilities is about 40,000 square meters, covering sports & leisure, cross-border e-commerce exhibition & sales, technology display, catering, financial and supporting services.
4. Regional Advantage
The SF Innovation Center is located at the core area of the Wisdom Valley, being the first project launched in the valley. The Wisdom Valley is a key industrial platform planned by the 13th Five Year Plan of Gongshu District, and is also the first industrial park of innovative use of land in Hangzhou. With an area of 2.5 million square meters, it is a city with modern industries and a valley of mass innovation, and will become the new ocean for Gongshu's economic growth and the new growth pole of the main city development.
