  • Committed Time of Delivery

    Shipments shall be picked up and delivered within the specified service coverage and time. Detailed shipment arrival time can be tracked based on the shipping time and administrative area of the origin/destination. Shipments will be delivered to the receivers before 23:59 p.m. on the third day the soonest.

  • Service Features

    √ The service is cost-effective and stable in transit time.
    √ When shipment damage or missing is confirmed, the customer can obtain compensation up to RMB 200 for damage and RMB 500 for missing based on the actual losses.
    √ The service accepts an more extensive range of consignments including liquids, cosmetics, lithium batteries and alcohol.
    √ All value-added services of SF are supported.
