  • Recently some lawbreakers were sending phishing emails out of the reasons like issuance of electronic invoice and undelivered shipment, which asked our customers to enter their account No. and password so that they could obtain the information they want.

    SF hereby reiterates that we never send emails to ask our customers to enter their account No. and password. Therefore, if you have received or receive any suspected email like this, please be alerted and take preventive measures when appropriate, or dial SF’s official customer service hotline (95338) for verification so as to prevent yourself from any unnecessary loss.
