In accordance with the 56th General customs administration notice for the year 2017, “Notice of Adjustments to the Import & Export by Air/Sea port transportation equipment & relation to manifest monitoring” related notification section, as of June 1st 2018, Any use of D type formal clearance cargo International shipment product services such as: S.F. International standard express, International Economy express, International Heavy Freight, etc.must in addition include the shipper & consignee business code, if your party is unable to provide the Overseas business code it may be left blank, but the CN business code must be provided.
1) China Export shipment

l D type formal clearance cargo:
- Standard express,
- Economy express,
- International Heavy Freight
- Any other D type formal clearance cargo
1） Shipper’s full name
2） Shipper’s contact number
3） Any one of the shipper number :
l Company’s unified social credit number (If any)
l If the company does not currently have a unified social credit number, then provide an organization code.
2) China Import shipments
Import shipment type
Needed information
l D type formal clearance cargo:
1. Standard express,
2. Economy express,
3. International Heavy Freight
4.Any other D type formal clearance cargo
- Consignee’s full name
- Consignee’s contact number
- Any one of the consignee number
l Company unified social credit number (If any)
l If the company does not currently have a unified social credit number, then provide an organization code.
