To let you enjoy the convenient parcels self-pickup and self drop-off services, S.F. Express continues to expend the service network. We have established over 800 S.F. Stores, S.F. Express Service CentersEF Lockers and S.F. Service Points in Hong Kong to provide parcels self-pickup service, some service points also provide parcels self drop-off service.

The Self-pickup Service are required to write the corresponding address and store code of your pickup point on the waybill, which enables faster and more efficient pickup arrangement. The self-pickup service also waives Residential Surcharge HKD 20 or Remote Area Surcharge HKD 30 to help you save more.

How to Use Self-pickup Service?

Simply follow below instructions to fill in the appropriate address information of receiver, you can enjoy the convenient parcels self-pickup service at designated service point.

1.  Please put a tick in the 'Self Pickup' box for all self-pickup parcels.

2.  Fill in the Address.

a)  Domestic Shipment

(Hong Kong→Hong Kong) : Fill in the address and store code of service point(as the figure shown below).

b)  Inbound Shipment

(Other regions→Hong Kong) : Fill in the address and store code of service point(as the figure shown below).


3a.  Fill in your contact number
(Mobile number is recommended to receive our SMS notification).

3b.  Fill in your mobile number is a MUST for using S.F. Service Points and EF Locker as a pickup point in order to receive SMS notification which contains necessary pickup information. Then you can enjoy the convenient parcels pickup service.

4.  Complete the waybill.

5.  Receiver will receive SMS or phone notificationfrom S.F. Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point.

6a.  Receiver can pick up the parcels at S.F. Stores or Service Centers upon verifying receiver's information.

6b. Receiver MUST presents SMS notification to the S.F. Service Points representative and settles the charge by cash for parcels self-pickup at S.F. Service Points.

6c.  Receiver MUST go to the designated EF Locker and input password according to the SMS notification for parcels picked up at EF Locker.


Receiver has to pick up the parcels at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customer please call our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) or (853) 2873 7373 (Macau) to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.
