Deliver the shipments before 12:00 next morning after order is confirmed or shipment is dropped off at the S.F. Express Service Centers before cut off time. Please contact our Customer Service Hotline for details.

Document: 2.5 kg or below per shipment

Non-Document: 15kg or below per shipment

The limitation of parcel: L+W+H ≤150cm, each length of the parcel ≤130cm

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Next Morning Delivery service (“The service”) provided by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“S.F. Express”) is only applicable for shipments sending from Hong Kong (not applicable to Macau) to specified district in Mainland China.
  2. The service is only applicable for shipments with origins and destinations located in industrial / commercial address and some non-industrial / commercial address (Remote Areas, Special Warehousing Service, Convention Centre shipments and self-pickup are not applicable).
  3. The service is only available from Monday to Friday (except public holiday). Customers using the service shall confirm the order or drop off their shipments at the S.F. Service Centers before cut-off time.
  4. SF Express shall consider refund arrangement for the service when S.F. Express fails to meet the agreed transit time. Refund amount shall include freight charge and service charge. No refund or compensation shall be made for circumstances specified in the Disclaimer.
  5. The transit time recorded in the SF Express system shall be final.
  6. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between S.F. Express and each customer are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each customers and S.F. Express irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
  7. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  8. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of this Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  9. In case of any disputes, the decision of S.F. Express shall be final.
