Notice of e-Waybills Application on Shipments to Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau

S.F. Express electronic waybills have been fully applied to daily operations. To improve customer experience and service efficiency,S.F. Express Service Centers and Stores will only accept e-waybills sending to Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau by self drop-off service with effect from 1 October 2018. Customers can still bring along your completed hand-written waybills to S.F. Express Service Centers and Storesbefore 1 October 2018. Also, S.F. Express Service Centers and Stores will not distribute any hand-written waybills starting from 7 September 2018.
For Door-to-Door pick-up service, e-waybills are also fully applied to shipments to Taiwan and Macau with effect from 1 October 2018. For shipments to Mainland China, the service will remain unchanged.
