Notice of Suspension on To-Door Pickup and Delivery Service of Designated District

To enhance social distancing for the safety of customers and employees, SF Express suspends the to-door pick-up and delivery services in seven (7) designated districts, namely Choi Hung, Choi Wan, Diamond Hill, Wong Tai Sin, Lok Fu, San Po Kong and Tsz Wan Shan, with effective from 13 July 2020 until further notice. Customers are advised to arrange self-pickup and drop-off services at SF Network Points. To-door delivery service for non-residential areas in the designated districts will maintain a limited service.
Door-to-door Cold Chain Delivery pick-up and drop-off services in the designated districts would be temporarily suspended starting 14 July 2020 and 15 July 2020 respectively, until further notice.
