Terms and Conditions

  1. By using “Bonus Point Scheme 2018” (“Scheme”), customers accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
  2. For the Scheme, Hong Kong and Macau Company Credit Account customers of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited and S.F. Express (Macau) Limited (“S.F. Express”) are eligible for registration.
  3. The promotional period of this Scheme starts from 1 January to 31 December 2018.
  4. Whenever customers register this Scheme in the promotional period, all bonus points will be accumulated from 1 January to 31 December 2018.
  5. Customers are responsible for the security of their online passwords, S.F. Express shall not be liable in the event that a customer's password is disclosed, whether intentionally or not, so as to allow a third person access to the account to check the bonus point and gift redemption.
  6. Bonus point will be calculated based on the total amount as shown on the relevant monthly statement.Customer spends (Shipment fee) every HKD/MOP100 can reward 1 bonus point with exception of Logistics Cargo Service Charges, Fuel Surcharge, Remote Area Surcharge, Residential Surcharge, Special Warehousing Service Charges, and / or Other Special Handling Charges.
  7. Customers must be in good financial standing with S.F. Express in order to qualify for earning bonus point and gift redemption. S.F. Express reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any bonus point in the event that the customer fails to settle any outstanding payment(s) by due date in respect of the credit account. In the event that the relevant credit account is closed or terminated, the bonus points earned will be forfeited immediately.
  8. Gift redemption period of this Scheme starts from 2 January to 31 January 2019.
  9. Accumulated bonus points can only be redeemed during the redemption period. Unredeemed bonus points will be forfeited as of 1 February 2019.
  10. No cancellation, alternation or replacement can be made once the gift redemption is accepted. Qualified and gift redeemed customers will receive the gift(s) within 4-6 weeks after gift redemption period. After the gift(s) is distributed, it will not be reissued.
  11. S.F. Expressmakes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any of the gifts, including but not limited to their quality, applicable terms and conditions, warranty and maintenance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and intellectual property rights.
  12. The expiry date of S.F. Express Cash Rebate Coupon is 30 June 2019.
  13. In case of the selected gift(s) is out of stock, S.F. Express may provide a gift of equivalent value from the same gift category.
  14. Customers registered this Scheme as agree with S.F. Express to use customer’s personal data for providing product and service information.   15. S.F. Express reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  16. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
  17. In case of any dispute, S.F. Express decision shall be final and conclusive.
