Adding a New Phone Number for Customer Service Hotline

    Thank you for your continued support to SF Express.

     

    Starting from 29th August, 2019, a new customer service hotline will be in service for mobile phone users in addition to the current toll-free customer service hotline. Please be noted that the call charge will be borne by customer when calling from a mobile phone. The followings are the main changes:

     

    1. Toll-free number for fixed line telephone: 0120 683 683; and

    2. Caller-paid number for mobile phone: 03 – 5781 1513
