Notice on resuming the collection of duties & taxes service fee

Thank you for your trust and support to SF Express.
SF Express Japan customs duties & taxes prepaid service fee wavier promotion will be ended on 11th June, 2017. Starting from 12th June, 2017, the service fee will be resumed. Please note this service fee will be collected with the prepaid duties and taxes by our couriers, while delivering your shipment. Please refer to the following table for details of service fees:

Between 500 and 12,000 yen
(12,000 yen excluded)
600 yen
More than 12,000 yen
5％ of the tax amount
Please note that if customers choose to pay the duties and taxes by their customs account, or transfer tax amount to SF in advance, or use customer’s SF Express account to pay the tax, they are exempt from this service fee.
