Dear customers,
It has come to our attention that fraudulent calls, SMSs and emails with unauthorized use of the SF Express name have been circulating to our customers, claiming unsigned or detained shipments at customs, and unpaid invoices, and then requesting customers to provide personal information (i.e.: personal ID, Japanese address, bank account information etc.) for economic fraud (Example: Caution: Phone fraud from a man claimed to be SF employee).
We also received information that some non-SF people and/or organizations contacted our customers, claiming themselves the designated company in Japan by the SF Holding, to seek for business and cooperation in Japan in the name of SF Holding.
For the above situations using SF Express brand falsely, SF Express hereby makes the following statements and asks for your close attention.
1. SF Express pays great attention to protect customer's privacy, and is fully committed to implementing and complying with the personal information protection laws and relevant regulations. In the event that SF Express contacts customers about shipment delivery, SF Express never asks for personal information like personal ID, bank account etc.
2. SF Express Co., Ltd. (Japan) is the subsidiary company of SF Express Co., Ltd. Please do not trust any kind of false and unauthorized information and contact SF Express.
SF Express hereby reminds all customers: to protect your own interest from any frauds, please DO NOT trust those unknown calls, SMS or emails, and DO NOT provide your personal information.
