Notice about Fraudulent Use of the SF Express Brand

    It has come to our attention that fraudulent calls, SMSs and emails with unauthorized use of the SF Express name have been circulating to our customers, claiming unsigned or detained shipments at customs, and unpaid invoices, and then requesting customers to provide personal information (i.e.: personal ID, Japanese address, bank acount information etc.) for economic fraud (Example: Caution: Phone fraud from a man claimed to be SF employee).

     

    SF Express pays great attention to protect customer's privacy, and is fully committed to implementing and complying with the personal information protection laws and relevant regulations. In the event that SF Express contacts customers about shipment delivery, SF Express never asks for personal information like personal ID, bank account etc.

     

    SF Express hereby reminds all customers, to protect your own interest from any frauds, please DO NOT trust those unknown calls, SMS or emails, and DO NOT provide your personal information. SF Express suggests to seek for help from the Police if necessary.
