Launching of the SPP service

    SF Express Korea has just launch the SPP(Shipment Protect Plus) service.

    Shipment Protection Plus(SPP) is a valued-added service provided by SF.

     

    Please refer to the details of the SPP VAS(Valued-added service) down below.

    Applicable Product

    SE, EE, IB, GE+

    Documents are exclusive.

    Fares

    1) Applicable at 1% of declared value, minimum applicable SPP fee is KRW 5,000/invoice

    2) The upper limit of the declared price based on the invoice is 90 million Won.

    Payment

    Shipper & third party freight payment are applicable. Paying the consignee freight is not applica.ble

    - Prohibited or illegal items

    - Fragile items

    - ID card, passport and other cetificateds, bills, approvals, files, such documents

    - Items declared value exceeding or equal to KRW 90,000,000

    Compensation Standard The shipper must submit a written application to SF within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. If the shipperfails to notify SF of the partial loss or damage of the goods within 14 days of receiving them, SF 's liability for the partial loss or damage of the cargo will be exempted.
