Announcement on Price Adjustment on International Express Services in 2016

     Thank you for your continuous trust and support with SF Express. We have been providing quality express delivery services and industry solutions to our customers, and have developed well-earned reputation as a highly-reliable and efficient express delivery company in Greater China area.

     

    We are delighted to inform that starting from 1st January 2016, the export rates of our Standard Express and Economy Express service of Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and the United States1 will be adjusted. The adjustment will give you greater benefits than what you are currently enjoying.

     

    Shipments shipping from Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and the United States1 on or after 1st January, 2016 and paying at destination will be charged with new rates (subject to the currency exchange rate on the shipping date), therefore, consignees who pay for the shipping for international shipments will also enjoy the new rates.

     

    Having your business needs in mind and understanding the economic concerns that you might have are the main reasons behind the price adjustment. After the adjustments, our rates become very competitive across the industry. In addition, we will continue to grant a full waiver of the fuel surcharge on all your shipments regardless of high global fuel prices2. The dimensional (DIM) factor will continue to remain 6,000 or 166 when calculating the DIM weight for actual charges of your international shipments3.

    Remarks:

    1、The new export rates of the United States will become effective on 4th January, 2016. SF Express provides pickup services in San Francisco (California) and nearby areas. Customers can also drop off shipments in SF service station and authorized shipping outlets. 

    2、SF Express reserves the right to impose the Fuel Surcharge without prior notice.

    3、Dimensional weight calculation:

         Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea Exports: L x W x H (cm) ÷ 6000

         United States Exports: L x W x H (inch) ÷ 166
