In order to meet your delivery needs during the holiday, SF Express would like to assure you that it will be continuing services from 15 Feb 2018 to 21 Feb 2018. At the same time, SF Express will also be eliminating fees for holiday value-added services during that time.
However, due to limited resources during the holiday period, it should be noted that there may be delivery service delays. SF Express will strive to allocate its resources accordingly to ensure that your shipments will arrive safely and on time. Additionally, we recommend that you ship your packages as early as possible to avoid potential delays.
1. SF Express International Standard Express and Economy Express services for China inbound /outbound shipments may be delayed 2-8 days.
2. The China leg for overseas SF Express fulfillment/warehousing (Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Russia, Germany) services will stop receiving packages from 11-17 Feb; From 8-10 Feb, shipments sent from distribution centers in China to overseas destinations will likely be delayed; though operations on the overseas side will continue as usual.
