If I apply for a credit account, what benefits will I receive?

As a monthly credit account customer, you will receive 30 days' credit. You will also get pre-printed air waybills which will save you the hassle of filling in the waybill during pickup. We will also notify you of any promotions and the latest updates on import and export requirements.

How do I place an order?

You can call the Customer Service Hotline at 1800 311 1111 and press 1 to speak to one of our customer service representatives who will be able to assist you in placing your order.

How can I obtain blank air waybill forms?

You can request the forms from the courier during pickup and delivery. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service Hotline at 1800 311 1111 with regards to your request.

What is the cut-off time for international shipments from Singapore?

Our pickup cut-off time is at 5pm.

What payment methods can I use for my first shipment with S.F. Express?

S.F. Express credit account holders may pay via their credit account. Shippers without a credit account facility with S.F. Express will pay to cash.

How to track my shipment?

You can use the tracking tool available on our home page to track your shipment. You can also call our Customer Service Hotline at 1800 311 1111 and press 3 for shipment tracking. 

What is self pickup?

This is an option for customers who wish to pick up their shipments from our service centre at a time that is convenient to them.
