| Choose a box that is suitable for the contents you are shipping. Weight limits are normally printed on the Box Maker's Certificate (found on the bottom flap of most boxes). Some boxes are intended for palletized freight shipments, not for shipments through small parcel carrier environments. Following the S.F. Express’s Packing Guidelines will help ensure your package is of adequate strength to provide sufficient protection. |

Packing Guidelines
|
| • |
Easy to carry, appropriate packaging, safety of parcel |
| • |
Pack in a plastic bag first. If the quantity is large, strengthen the external package, use bubble wrap or soft material to fully or partially pack (fragile, sharp point), add “Fragile” label if necessary. |
| • |
For paper, small goods, accessories, and large amounts, put the items in plastic bags, and then put the bags into a paper box to prevent anything from being lost or broken. |
| • |
Fragile goods (glass, CDs, ceramics, etc.) should be packed in a wooden box or a paper box. Fill the inner space with appropriate packaging materials to cushion the goods, then attach a “Fragile” sticker at the top right corner and cater-corner from the rear side. |

| The above are guidelines to help assure the containment and protection of products transported through single-package distribution. They are not to be considered as packaging specifications. All packaged products should be tested in accordance with the International Safe Transit (ISTA) Test Procedure 3A to ensure the most appropriate level of product protection is achieved. |
