Responsibilities
  • Sort, deliver and pick up shipment
  • Expand customer base
  • Establish and maintain good customer rapport
  • Accountable for all cash transactions arising from delivery and pick up
  • Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of assigned vehicle
  • Comply with all safety, security and operational policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical work required
  • Class 3 Driving License with minimum 1 year driving experience

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading of shipment onto/ from vehicles
  • Inspecting, packing, sorting, processing, weighing, scanning, bagging and/ or palletizing of shipment
  • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and service quality
  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Prepare and submit daily and exception reports
  • Ensure the workplace is orderly and clean

Responsibilities
  • Reports to Call Centre Supervisor
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service experience to customers over the phone
  • Handling of inbound and outbound calls to and from customers on any enquiry on company express service and capability
  • Generating order to couriers as per instruction provided by customers
  • Escalation of work order to internal and overseas counterpart
  • Process order shipment to outside region & monitoring/ follow up on problem shipment
  • Perform any other duty as assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum 'O' level or equivalent
  • Those with lower qualification with a few years call center experience will be considered
  • Customer care or call center environment experience preferred
  • Enthusiastic and communicative, pro-active and takes pride in giving higher-than-expected quality service to understand customers' needs and problems
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate in bilingual speaking work environment)
  • Flexible, high adaptability and willing to work overtime as required
  • Skillful in the use of computer, like Excel
