Customers can now request for Return Delivery Order when they ship with us. After our courier delivered your shipment, he will bring the signed original copy of the delivery order back to your office. This service will help you to save time and get back the signed original copy of the Delivery Order in a timely manner. This service will be charged as one trip.
Third Party Pick-up Authorization
Senders can ask for shipment pickup to be made at an alternative location, other than the sender's registered location. This is a FREE service. The Third Party Pickup Authorization service offers the sender more convenience and freedom. It should be arranged at least one business day in advance. Senders can either download the form from S.F.’s website or call our hotline at 1800 311 1111 for arrangements.
