Q: where can I check my details of E-Invoice?
A Customer can check the details by:
1. SF Express credit account customer: please go toSF Express website: www.sf-express.com to check all details of E-invoice.
2. In B2B (business-to-business) e-invoicing, invoice information is conveyed from the invoice issuer's accounting system directly to the recipient's financial administration IT system.
Private consumers will also be able to receive eInvoice through their personal e-banking accounts in the future.
Q： I have applied E-invoice, but I still need paper invoice as source document, what can I do?
A Business customers need to inform SF service staff before you are shipping, SF Express will print out the E-invoice for you.
Q： How can I refund if I take E-invoice/paper E-invoice?

Q： How long can I keep the e-invoice print-out in the general situation?
A Please avoid direct sunlight, humid, oil stains and damage. If you win the big prize, please collect your prize at the post as soon as possible.
