The Customer Satisfaction Survey for the first half of 2019 will be carried out in September and October over the phone.
Taiwan S.F. Express will reach out to the clients who have used Taiwan S. F. Express to send or receive goods over the past half-year. Ipsos Market Research Company has been entrusted to conduct a random sampling survey over the phone. The interview lasts about 15~20 minutes. Each respondent will be given a gift voucher after the interview is finished. All gifts will be sent through a mobile text message in the end of November.
