Forwarding (Reassignment or Return) Service

  • Service Introduction

    If customers have the need to forward (reassign or return) shipments to a different address, SF Express will arrange for the parcels to be forwarded according to the customer's initial request

  • Payment Method

    1.This service fee is paid by the person requesting the forwarding (redirection or return) service. This fee can be paid in advance, on delivery, or settled monthly.

    2.The minimum service fee for forwarding (redirection or return) is NTD 60/shipment. The original shipping fee (including request for forwarding in transit) will also still be charged.

    3.Non-NTD payments will be converted at that month’s exchange rate.

    4.For forwarding (redirection or return) a Taiwan home delivery parcel, a service fee and a shipping fee will be charged. The shipping fee is subject to the rates for Taiwan home deliveries.

    5.For forwarding (redirection or return) import and export express delivery parcels, a service fee and shipping fee will be charged. The standard service fee is billed by weight * NTD 10/KG; however, the actual service fee is subject to the express delivery and forwarding service requested by the customer.

    6.If the forwarding service involves cross-border operations, fees (e.g., customs duty, warehouse fee, etc.) derived from the customs clearance will be based on the current charges derived from import and export express delivery.

  • Service Coverage

    Domestic shipments in Taiwan, exports to Hong Kong, Macau, and China, and imports.

  • Notice for Use

    1.The service is not available in the outlying islands and the remote areas of the main island of Taiwan.

    2.Due to operational limitations, some parcels may not be able to be forwarded to the customer's specified address. Our company reserves the right to exercise this service.
