Service Restrictions:
- Service Coverage: Main Island of Taiwan, Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, Green Island, Orchid Island and Siao Liouciou. An extra NTD 150 per package will be charged on shipments destined to remote areas, including Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, Green Island, Orchid Island and Siao Liouciou.
- The limit of volumetric weight for Door-to-Door Delivery: The sum of 3 sides should not exceed 170cm, and any one single side should not exceed 150cm.
- Weight limit: Each package should not exceed 20 kg.
Attentions of the activity:
- The promotional discount price provided in the activity doesn't include the carton packaging box of Taiwan Home Delivery. Regarding purchase of the packaging boxes, please contact the courier staff or the customer service hotline 0800-088-830.
- The activity is only applicable to Taiwan Door-to-Door Home Delivery Service (including courier pickup at the customer's location and self drop-off at S.F. Express service points). The promotional discount doesn't apply to Palmboxes, Hi-Life convenience stores, or delivery and pickup service points.
- Fresh foods such as vegetables and fruits are not included in this promotion when the consignee’s address is in remote areas or off-island regions.
- Customers using Taiwan S.F. Express Taiwan Home Delivery Service are considered to have agreed with [Terms and Conditions ofTaiwan S.F. Domestic Delivery]. The customers will bear all the legal responsibility if the shipments might violate the laws.
- If the shipment is destined or dispatched to remote areas in Taiwan, the delivery takes an extra 2-5 working days.
- In case a dispute occurs, Taiwan S.F. reserves the right to final interpretation and determination.
