It has come to our attention that fraudulent calls and SMSs with unauthorized use of the SF Express name have reached some of our customers, claiming unsigned shipments or detained shipments at customs, and requesting customers to provide personal information for fraud purposes.
SF Express respects customer privacy, and is fully committed to implementing and complying with personal information and data protection principles and all relevant provisions on privacy protection. In the event that our staff contacts customers in the course of shipment delivery, we never ask for personal information of ID certificate and bank account.
SF Express hereby reminds all SF customers and members, in order to protect your own interest and safety, please do not provide your personal information to unknown callers and SMS. SF Express does not request shipment information via unsolicited channels.
