SF Express Service Announcement During the 2020 Chinese New Year

    The 2020 Chinese New Year is approaching and all employees of SF Express wish you and your family a happy new year.

    During the Chinese New Year, SF will make its pickup and delivery services available to you as always to cater to your shipment demands. As affected by factors such as surging demands of shipping in the short term and limitations on resources acquisition, the transit time of shipments to all parts of the country might be affected to different extents. To cope with that, SF will increase its input in resources, and actively allocate its manpower, transportation and site resources to guarantee your shipment delivery.

    From January 6, 2020 to January 23, 2020, SF will collect surcharges at a minimum of CNY10 for shipments delivered under Heavy Freight Parcel/Small-size LTL/Logistics Cargo Service/Special Cargo Service. From January 24, 2020 to January 30, 2020 (Chinese New Year), SF will also charge a resources allocation fee at a minimum of CNY10 for shipping between major cities in the country so as to further guarantee our service quality. SF may exempt some credit accounts customers, SF golden members and higher from such resources allocation fee in acknowledgement of their long-term in-depth cooperation with SF. For specific charging standards, please consult local couriers or dial our national service hotline 95338.
