SF Express Service Arrangement Notice for 2019 Chinese New Year

    2019 Chinese New Year is right at the corner, first of all, SF would like to wish you and your family a Happy Chinese New Year.

    SF is committed for all-year-rounded service including Chinese New Year, and will strive to maintain the same service experience and quality to you. However, please note the service would be affected due to limited resources and dramatic increase in shipment volume, and SF will enhance the resource inputs of labour, transportation and locations.

    Please note for Jan 21st , 2019- Feb 3rd , 2019, a RMB 10 and above service surcharge of Small-size LTL, Logistics Cargo Service and Heavy Freight Package services will be incurred per shipment; for Feb 4th, - Feb 10th 2019, a RMB 10 and above service surcharge of shipments across major cities will be incurred. For SF members with Golden Medal and over, as well as few dedicated monthly accounts, this surcharge will be remitted. For more details, please contact local couriers or SF service hotline 95338.
