Service Introduction

To enjoy the convenient parcels self-pickup and drop-off service, S.F. Express continues to expend the service network. We have established over 800 SF Stores, SF Express Service Centres, SF Business Station, EF Lockers and SF Service Partners in Hong Kong, some of the service points also provide parcels self-pickup service and drop-off service.

 

You are required to fill in the recipient’s address and store code on the waybill when using self-pick-up service, which enables faster and more efficient pick-up arrangement.

Recipient must pick up parcels at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. If customers wish to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels, please call our Customer Service Hotline (852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) or (853) 2873 7373 (Macau).
