In response to the current situation of Severe Respiratory Disease associated with a Novel Infectious Agent in Malaysia, the transit time may be delayed or service will be suspended in some affected districts. It is recommended that sender should ensure accuracy of the recipient’s address and confirm whether the address is restricted access before sending the shipments to Malaysia.
The local staff will contact the recipient’s self-pick shipment or change the delivery address if defined as delayed or unable district for delivery. If the recipient's address is situated in the delayed or service suspension areas, the local staff will contact the recipient to self-pick up the shipment or change the delivery address.
