Notice of Adjustments on To-Door Pickup and Delivery Service

In response to the continuous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, residential door-to-door delivery service in Tsz Wan Shan remains temporarily suspended until further notice. Shipments in other residential areas might experience potential delay.
The to-door pickup cut-off time of Industrial and Commercial Areas on weekdays is adjusted to 17:00, and that for Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays remains unchanged at 16:00. To-door pickup service will be provided on the following day if the order is made after the cut-off time.
Customers might consider to use our service at any of the SF Service Points for pick-up and drop-off services.
