Special Service Arrangement for 2019 Lunar New Year Holiday

Dear customers,

S.F. Express has the following arrangements from 4 February 2019 (Monday) to 10 February 2019 (Sunday):

i) A special holiday delivery arrangement will be implemented in Hong Kong and Macau from 4 February 2019 (Monday) to 10 February 2019 (Sunday).

ii) An additional holiday service fee will be charged at HKD15/MOP15 per shipment for shipping services from 5 February 2019 (Tuesday) to 7 February 2019 (Thursday).

On Top of that, during the period of 28 January to 4 February 2019, S.F. Express will launch “Year of Pig S.F. Same Day Pick-up Giveaway” and “Year of Pig Facebook Mini Game” to encourage customers pick up their parcel(s) within the same day upon receiving SMS notification(s).
