The Proforma invoice declaration requirements for not brand new/used/with traces of use/without a price tag or original packaging clothing, hats and footwear:

Customs Clearance Documents

Submission or filling details requirement

Recipient’s identity documents

Copy of front and back of Recipient’s identity documents

Upload the recipient’s identity documents on Customs Clearance Service page in SFHK official website or SFHK APP

 

Proforma Invoices

Consignment Name: “Used”+ brand name + consignment name

Example: Used The Best’s cotton T-shirt/ Used no brand cotton T-shirt

 

Declared Value: No more than 30% off of the original value of the consignment

Example: Declared Value: Original Value: USD 100 / Declared Value: ≥USD 70

Remarks:

  1.    Quantity Limit: In line with the principle of reasonable self-use,no more than 6 old clothes, 2 pairs of old shoe and 3 old hat per each waybill.
  2.    Other shipping requirements are consistent with the existing SF-eship standards.
  3.    Customer needs to declare truthfully, and the judgment of new or old clothes is subject to the final inspection by the customs.
  4.    Customer needs to agree that SFHK submits the shipment to the customs for customs clearance, and agree to bear the relevant duties, inspection delays and related costs caused by the discrepancies in your declaration.

 

Reminder: It is strictly forbidden to import new products as old products. Once seized by the customs, severe penalties will be imposed, and the customers shall bear all relevant responsibilities.
