    SF Express pays close attention to the spread of Covid-19 infection around the world. At present, many countries have issued different degrees of epidemic prevention policies. The acquisition of transportation resources for import and export shipments during the epidemic prevention and control period has been significantly restricted. We are trying our best to coordinate the resources of all parties and guarantee the service operation through the emergency dispatch system. Due to the severe international epidemic situation and the increasing instability of international airlines and the implementation of traffic control in many countries, we hereby announce the following adjustments to the current service:

    2. Service Adjustment:

    ・Mainland China, Hong Kong China, Macao China and Taiwan China to Canada: The implementation of " signature on behalf of" notice for EE product.

    ・Some regions of South Korea implement self-shipping and self-picking.

    ・Australia: Only support self-picking and won't re-deliver after delivery failed. Some regions support implement self-picking

    ・In the quarantine areas and commercial areas within some countries and regions, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, Banks and gas stations, have been suspended.
