Notice on Receiver Real-name Authentication Registration of Shipments Bound for SF Taiwan

    Thank you so much for your continued trust and support to SF Express.

     

    Accordingly to an announcement by the Customs Administration of Taiwan, to strengthen shipment supervision of simple customs clearance, from January 16, 2020, receiver real-name authentication and online declaration entrustment are required for shipments bound for Taiwan if the receiver is a local-registered individual. Local-registered individuals may download EZ Way using their mobile phones for authentication.

     

    To ensure normal customs clearance for shipments bound for Taiwan, please inform receivers who are local individuals about real-name authentication and online declaration entrustment before January 16, 2020.
