Pickup Authorization Service
Service Introduction

Pickup Authorization Service provides you a real benefit when you are in a rush and not being able to pick up the shipment. With your authorization, we will collect the shipment at a consignee's or a third party's place on your behalf. Simply complete a pickup authorization form and email to cs1.group_jp@sf-express.com, we will take care of the rest.

Customers are advised to notify the consignee or the third party about the pickup arrangement. Authorization form can be downloaded at Download Center.
