● Case 1. Pretending emails pretending to be SF Express Korea, Finance Team
There was a confusion because of pretending emails to be SF Express Korea, Finance Team. The difference between the two emails is shown below.
● Case 2. SF Express Agency Public Relations
SF Express does not recruit agents and operates all service centers and branches directly. Please note that the company using this information has misused the brand of SF Express.
● Case 3. Call, text, or e-mail asking for personal information
It has come to our attention that fraudulent calls, SMSs and emails with unauthorized use of the SF Express name have been circulating to our customers, claiming unsigned or detained shipments at customs, and unpaid invoices, and then requesting customers to provide personal information (i.e.: personal ID, address, bank account information etc.) for economic fraud.SF Express will not ask for your social security number or bank account details at any time.
We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion, and we are also working on system improvement and related work to prevent unauthorized spread of SF Express brand. If you suspect any of the above and unauthorized use of the SF Express brand, we suggest that you first check with your sales representative or the Customer Service Hotline at 080 393 1111.
