Third Party Authorization Service

The pick-up and delivery location of credit customer shall be defaulted to the address provided during account registration. SF Express provides a free service for sender who needs to have an alternative location for pick-up or delivery. This is called 3rd party authorization service.

In order to use this service, customers need to inform their respective Area Sales person or email to marketing_my@sf-express.com. An agreement needs to be signed by the customer and submit the alternative location address and details.

After the agreement have been signed, the service function will be activated. Customer will then be able to arrange their shipments via online account or through SF hotline.

Customer need to make sure:

  1.  The 3rd party is able to show the credit account number and state in the waybill.
  2.  If the 3rd party has different company name, “3rd Party” shall be selected as the payment method. If the company name is same with different address only (for e.g. branches office), then “Shipper Pay” could be selected.
