- On Chinese New Year Holiday, during the period between January 24 and January 28, all express shipments will be sent and kept at the service points listed on the chart above. If there is a need for self-pickup or self drop-off, please be sure to call 0800-088-830 to make a reservation for self-service.
- The shipments brought by self drop-off will be arranged for shipping on January 29.
- Food is not acceptable for carriage during the Chinese New Year.
The adjusted schedules for pickup service during the holiday are as listed below:
During the period between January 24 and January 28, the “reserved self-pickup” and “reserved self drop-off” services are available.
On January30 (Thursday), the normal service operation will resume.
