The operation of MYSF (Online Service Platform) services provided to general users will be stopped on July 31, 2019. With the aim of providing better customer experiences to clients, the creation of intuitive browsing, information access, and self-service inquiries that function as services leading you to easier control of the relevant information. At the time of the go-live, the new online system will be officially announced on the official website of Taiwan S.F. Express, please stay with us for updates.
For current demands regarding pickup appointments, please follow the instructions below to book a free appointment for door-to-door pickup service by the delivery agent:
- Scan the QRcode below to download the Flexiship App (developed by S.F. Express).
- Call the customer service hotline at 0800-088-830 to book a pickup appointment.
In case of downloading the existing contact information in the address book, please follow the instructions below:
- Choose My Info> Address Book
- Click “Select All”, then click “Export” to start downloading.
