S.F. Express Taiwan Notice of Instructions on Consumer Disputes Regarding Collection of Payments for Goods
We kindly remind you of the following regarding consumer disputes over the collection of payments for goods:
- DO NOT sign for and pay the prices for unknown goods. In case of any dispute regarding the collection of payment for goods, please contact our customer service to inform us of the dispute.
- If we are informed of any dispute regarding the collection of payment for goods, we will notify the consignor for assistance in settling the dispute as soon as we have become aware of it.
- We will regularly follow up on the results of actions taken by the consignor for settlement and the information relating to any refund.
- Where any consumer dispute between any consumer and any consignor is under investigation by any consumer protection body or police agency, we will cooperate as legally required and provide the relevant information to assist in such investigation upon receipt of any written request.
