Notification of Service Delay after Typhoon No. 21(As of Sep. 28th)

    Because air cargo areas of Kansai International Airport were damaged by Typhoon No. 21 and are not fully restored, we have movedshipments in Kansai International Airport to Narita International Airport. There will be delay for shipments to Japan. Shipments with informal clearance take another 2 or 3 days and shipments with formal clearance take another 1-2 weeks comparing with our normal delivery service. We apologize for any inconvenience causedand we sincerely appreciate your understanding for this situation.
