SFHK's SF Connect Community Partnership Scheme Brings Warmth for Chinese New Year, Organizing a Poon Choi Meal for Underprivileged Families to Welcome the Year of the Dragon

Express (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "SFHK") has been implementing the SF Connect Community Partnership Scheme ("the Scheme”) in recent years, providing fixed logistics sponsorship to local welfare organizations. It also organizes volunteer activities and community warming events to connect with the community and give back to society. With the Lunar New Year approaching, SFHK delivered warm blessings to grassroots families in Tai Kok Tsui recently, presenting gift bags and Poon Choi to the underprivileged families in Tai Kok Tsui, celebrating the holiday together.

The gift bags for this event contained a variety of Lunar New Year delicacies, radiating the festive atmosphere. The Poon Choi was delivered through SFHK's Cold Chain Delivery service, ensuring optimal freshness throughout the entire process. This allowed the recipient families to savor the delicious Poon Choi, symbolizing a new year of family reunion and abundance. Thanks to the full support of TWGHs Fortune Library (“Jie Yeah”), the event was successfully held and SFHK has been supporting Fortune Library since last year to promote resource sharing, skills exchange, and time contribution among neighbors, fostering a community that cherishes resources.

Ms. Charlize Liu, Head of Public Affairs and Communications at SFHK, said: "We are delighted to bring warmth to grassroots families in Tai Kok Tsui through the SF Connect Community Partnership Scheme. The Scheme aims to utilize SFHK's logistics network and resources to contribute back to society. For this warming event, we specifically utilized our Cold Chain Delivery Service from collection, storage to transportation, ensuring that perishable food items are kept in optimal condition. Looking back at 2023, the Scheme organized and participated in various charity activities such as charity walks, flag selling events, volunteer activities, charity sales events, and surplus food delivery. We provided logistics support to a total of 20 welfare organizations partners and 27 public welfare projects actively helping those in need." She also hopes that in the future, the Scheme can collaborate with more types of welfare organizations to jointly build a better community.

SFHK Serves All Year Round, Express Delivery and Convenience Service Operating as Usual

During Lunar New Year holidays, SFHK adheres to its tradition of serving all year round including pick-up and delivery (including Cold Chain Delivery Service). During the Lunar New Year period, all shipments and deliveries, including cold chain services, will be maintained. Customers can continue to choose door-to-door pickup or delivery, or utilize SF Lockers, selected SF Business Stations, and SF Service Partners for sending and receiving shipments. And some convenience services such as Medication Delivery Service and Airport Check-in and Baggage Delivery Service will also be provided as usual, providing proper support and care for customers to celebrate the New Year together with the citizens.
