SFHK Urges the Public to be Cautious of Fraudulent Websites

S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited, hereinafter referred to as "SFHK," has discovered that there are still criminals impersonating our company, luring the public to fake SFHK websites in order to obtain personal, banking, and credit card information.
SFHK has found that scammers usually contact sellers pretending to be buyers, claiming that they will make payments through our company. They provide sellers with links or QR codes to fake SFHK websites, requesting sellers to confirm receipt of payment, thereby deceiving them into providing personal, banking, and credit card information. SFHK hereby declares that our company has never launched the aforementioned customer payment service, and these fraudulent websites are not associated with our company.
SFHK reminds the public not to respond to any suspicious calls, emails, or text messages, and not to provide personal information, passwords, or engage in transfers and remittances through suspicious links.
If customers have any suspicions about websites, emails, text messages, or calls, please immediately call our customer service hotline at (852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) or (853) 2873 7373 (Macau) to verify with customer service representatives. If you have disclosed sensitive information such as personal, banking, and credit card information to suspected individuals impersonating our company employees, please report to the police immediately or call the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) of the Hong Kong Police Force at 18222 for assistance.
