SFHK is actively investing resources to expand its local Cold Chain Delivery Services, meeting consumers' demands for door-to-door delivery or self-pickup of frozen, chilled, and air-conditioned goods. In order to gradually promote a more flexible and convenient shipping experience, SFHK has launched same-day delivery service# in specified region. Customers only need to place an order before 11 am and have the courier successfully pick up the parcel or send it from the designated SFHK network points# before noon, and the fastest delivery can be completed on the same day to various districts! In addition to significantly improving the transit time, SFHK has also invested in professional hardware resources, such as a dedicated cold chain fleet and SF Cold Chain Lockers, to complement its strong network and end-to-end delivery capabilities. Customers can self-pickup cold chain shipments from more than 100 designated self-operated network points, providing a more comprehensive and thoughtful customer experience.

^Designated SFHK self-operated network points are SF Business Station and SF Store with Frozen/Chilled Pickup Service.
#The designated areas for sending shipments are currently limited to the commercial areas of Kwai Chung, Lai Chi Kok, Tsuen Wan District, Tai Po District, Shatin District, Wong Tai Sin District, Kwun Tong District, Central and Western District, Eastern District, Southern District, Wan Chai District. If the shipment is sent after the designated time from Monday to Friday, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, it will be delivered according to the general local express shipment delivery schedule
Remarks:
- The above services are only applicable to Hong Kong local delivery, except outlying islands and some remote areas.
- Customers are required to package and pre-cool their items before sending them through this service. Chilled goods should be pre-cooled for 6 hours before shipping; frozen goods should be pre-cooled for 12 hours and reach frozen status.
- The freight is determined according to the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Calculation method: length x width x height (cm) ÷ 6000.
- Maximum weighing ≦80kg total size length width height ≤ 140CM, Please contact Customer Service at (852) 2929 2929-8 if you want to send a shipment exceeding the weight and size limits.
