Recently, we received reports about spam and scam emails with titles or contents of payment request, freight fees etc. with hyperlinks, asking customers to confirm and make payments.

For such fraudulent emails, we would like to call for your close attention:
1. Please DO NOT trust any kind of false and unauthorized information if you received any such emails, SMS, phone calls. DO NOT click any hyperlinks in such false emails and contact SF Express at your earliest convenience.
2. SF Express pays great attention to protect customer's privacy, and is fully committed to implementing and complying with the personal information protection laws and relevant regulations. In the event that SF Express contacts customers about shipment delivery, SF Express never asks for personal information like personal ID, bank account etc.
To better protect your own interest from any frauds, please DO NOT trust those unknown calls, SMS or emails, and DO NOT provide your personal information. Please seek for help from the Police when necessary.
