Regarding SF Online Order and Authorized Service Counter

Thank you for your continued trust and support to SF Express.
We realized that SF Online Order system went wrong recently due to heavy traffic. We sincerely apologize for the troubles that have occurred to our customers.
To provide timely service to our customers, we are working very hard to expend our service counters in Japan. For personal shipments to be sent to the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, customers are suggested to visit SF Authorized Service Counter and send your shipments there.
Please prepare your shipments (well-packed but not sealed) with documents (invoice or packing list filled in English, shopping receipts etc.) before your visit. Kindly also be noted that receiver pay for your shipment is currently not available at authorized service counters.
