The Chinese New Year holiday falls on January 24 – 30, 2020. We would like to extend our sincerest and best wishes to you for the seasonal holiday!
During the holiday, SF Express will continue to provide normal pickup and delivery services, as well as customer services in Japan. However, some gateways in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions may be closed during the holiday, which may lead to delays in customs clearance and last mile delivery. We appreciate your kind understanding about the possible delays.
