Update on Taiwan’s Importer Real-Name Authentication System

We would like to remind you that the Customs Administration of Taiwan Region has already implemented the importer real-name authentication since 16th January. Accordingly, any exported parcels to Taiwan without real-name authentication or consignee’s complete contact information WILL NOT be admitted for customs clearance. As the Chinese Lunar New Year holiday is approaching, please be advised that if parcels cannot be admitted for customs clearance successfully in Taiwan Region, we might not be able to deliver the parcel to consignees on time. In this regard, we appreciate your understanding.
